The Golden Toast Brew has immediately become my go-to for my morning V60. The "Medium-Dark" roast level is perfectly executed, delivering a complex flavor without any harsh bitterness.
But what truly sets this apart is the aroma. The moment the hot water hits the grounds in my V60, the kitchen is immediately filled with this incredibly comforting, rich scent. It's a gorgeous mix of toasted malt and warm chocolate, instantly making the whole house smell like a high-end bakery.
The flavor is just as beautiful: incredibly smooth with deep notes of caramel and a creamy almond finish. The subtle hint of blackberry lifts the whole cup, preventing it from feeling too heavy. If you love a rich, malty, and profoundly aromatic coffee ritual, this is the one. A brilliant, consistently delicious microlot.
The coffee has rich taste, and when extracted properly, it is borderline heavenly!
Its good, but didnt wow me. Could use a bit more punch.
This is the best microlot Ive tried from them. Rich, sweet, and beautifully roasted.
I brew this every Sunday, its become a ritual. Lovely notes and aroma.
